Dear Larry,

I am not sure how to express my thanks! When I started training wth you alomst five years ago, as I'm sure you remember, I could barely run a quarter way around the block. Today, I ran my 1st 10K race - with ease. When I told you about a month ago I wanted to run 10K you were completely supportive and enthusuiastically gave me a training schedule. I am certain I could not have accomlished my goal without your expert advice, support, and coaching.

There are so many things I have accomplished over the last few years that I know I could not have done without Track Fitness! You have helped me to lose weight, tone up, and most importantly, just lead a healthy lifestyle. Of course, in return, I gave you Brookie -- not a bad deal!!!

Seriously, though, thanks for being there for all my fitness needs, and for making me believe that I could achieve my goals - ones that I never would have imagined possible before we met.
