Information: Two years ago, Frank was introduced to Track Fitness, tried Spinning and has been hooked ever since. After working with the Track Fitness Team and completing his certifications, he is proud to now be able to instruct to help others reach their goals and achieve their best. His classes are structured to be fun, challenging and motivating, so that everyone can experience a great workout.
