Personal Trainer
Greg comes to Track Fitness with 10 years experience in the fitness industry. He is a certified Can-Fit Pro personal trainer, and is a graduate of the Fitness and Lifestyle Management program at George Brown College. He has taught classes in Golf conditioning, Indoor cycling, and is a level 1 Triathlon coach. His challenging, efficient, motivating workouts are always based upon each client’s goals. Greg has an enthusiasm for fitness and can help clients that are looking for weight management, overall muscle toning, golf conditioning or endurance training.
Greg enjoys running, biking, swimming, golf and tennis. Some of his personal achievements have included 5 Marathons and over 45 Multi-sport (Triathlon/Duathlon) events. He has also competed in a two-day Adventure Race and completed a 1-day, 160 km Bike Tour. Greg is always up for a new and exciting challenge of endurance.
