Larry works with teens 13-19 at camp white
pine to teach them the values of fitness and help them learn
proper exercise technique and programs for their specific
goals.
This particular program was a cross training
cardio circuit which included running, swimmining, sprints,
tennis, boxing, skipping and medicine ball exercises.
