The
On track 3 Minute Drill is exactly that, 3 minutes! All you need
to do is give your self 3 minutes a day. In 3 minutes you’ll
tone your upper body and abs, improve your muscle strength and increase
muscle endurance. If you already workout, the 3 minute drill is
not intended to replace your current workout. These 3 minutes have
been designed to help tone up more. If you’re a stranger to
exercise and have a low fitness level, this program is designed
to complement your existing workout and activate your muscles, improve
your fitness level, tone your muscles and kick start your exercise
regime as a staple to your lifestyle.
This challenge begins with a 30 day program. After
30 days you can continue to follow the program by just starting
again with Step One. Incorporating these 3 personal minutes for
yourself each day will make a noticeable difference in your body.
And all it takes is 3 minutes!
For those that don’t believe in “Spot
reducing” (which is defined as working a specific area such
as your abdominals) in order to burn away fat in that specific area
and tone up. As well, many will tell you this is impossible, because
you need to burn fat by doing cardiovascular activity. However,
more work to a muscle requires more energy used and more strength
built. Your body responds to more forceful, repetitive work by increasing
the size of your muscle fibers. When you have more muscle on your
frame, a person becomes leaner and you’ll burn more calories,
which helps your body use up excess stored body fat. In conclusion
the idea of spot reducing is possible but it needs to be consistent.
Better results will come from adding cardiovascular activity to
your workout routine to speed up fat burning. (20-60 minutes 2-4
days a week, depending on your fitness level and availability).
