To sign up for a class, you can do so online (link to schedule), at the gym, email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or by calling us at 416-481-7872. Class sizes are limited, so reserve early. We recommend 1 week in advance.

VACATION

When purchasing a new unlimited package, let us know your vacation dates and we can hold your membership for the length of your vacation. Maximum: 14 days.

Note:  This policy only applies at time of purchase.

CANCELLATION

Since our classes often have waiting-lists, it is imperative that you cancel no less than 24 hours in advance. You can do so by either logging into your account, or by calling us to confirm your cancellation.  Otherwise you will be charged. Classes with limited attendance may get cancelled.
