    We are excited to announce our new class, T-Row, starting January 12th.


    Get ready to find your catch and tap it! 

    T-Row is a combination of cardio and strength using the WaterRower. You will hold your water and hit the weights between waves. 


    The WaterRower's unique Water-Flywheel design uses a specially formed paddle to cup the moving water, reduce slippage and produce an unrivalled simulation of the benefits of rowing. 


    The more muscles you use the more calories you burn and that's why you need to add T-Row to your exercise program. Change your cardio, change your body! 


    You will push your limits, you will race, you will empty the tank and you will get in the best shape of your life.

    * Low impact class for all fitness levels

    You will be able to sign up online starting January 4th. For the first two weeks of T-Row, all classes are free.*
