Larry Track
Larry Track has been providing fitness training and nutritional consulting for a variety of clients for the past 8 years. He owns and operates TRACK FITNESS, an exclusive one-on-one studio in the heart of the Forest Hill Village, as well as working with numerous clients in their homes.

Michael Raphael joined Track Fitness in the spring of 2004. Michael is a Certified Personal Trainer who has been helping clients achieve their specific training goals for nearly five years.

Michelle
When Michelle’s teaching, you know you’re in for lots of climbs and sprints. But don’t let that scare you, cause Michelle is all about big smiles (despite the pain) too. Throw in her hip-hop tunes and top forty-hits, and you’ve got yourself a great class!

Dana
Dana Rocket is a 32 year old, mother of 3, who lives in Toronto. She has been teaching boxing and spinning fitness classes at Track Fitness for the past 2 years. Dana has her Masters of Counseling Psychology and has run support groups for expectant and first time mothers for the past 5 years in support of the hospital for sick children. Dana's passion and love of fitness combined with a level of energy unmatched by any human on this planet will guarantee you a class you won't soon forget!
