Larry Track, a 31-year-old fitness expert with a cult-like following, owns and operates Track Fitness, in the crux of the Forest Hill Village. When clients walk through the door, they are greeted by an intimate studio with hardwood floors, original artwork, floods of natural light and top of the line equipment, which gives each person a warm energy and calmness that most fitness facilities do not offer. It’s time to get on! It’s simple, realistic and long-lasting. Larry and the TRACK FITNESS team of trainers will help you “C.E.E.G. (Control–Effort-Enjoyment-Goals) the opportunity” in life to live a healthy fit lifestyle. Once on track you’ll see that living a healthy fit lifestyle is easy.

Larry Track has been providing fitness training and nutritional consulting for a variety of clients for the past 11 years. He owns and operates TRACK FITNESS, an exclusive one-on-one studio in the heart of the Forest Hill Village. Larry has a versatile and inspirational style, coaching clients to meet their diverse fitness goals, from strength training, to weight management, to preparation for competitive races, including marathons and triathlons. His enthusiasm and passion for motivating people has led to an almost cult-like following of his client base. In his spare time, Larry himself is an avid marathon runner and tri-athlete. He also enjoys inventing "off-the-wall" healthy meals and imparts them on his clients whenever he can!
